Practice Rounds: A practice round may be scheduled by calling the golf shop and identifying yourself as a competitor in the field. Cart fee for a practice round is $25 - cash or credit. In view of damage caused by play of extra balls during practice rounds, the MGA asks players not to abuse the courtesy extended by the club in the use of its course. The MGA and the USGA requests that each player play only one ball at each hole during the practice round. Practice rounds for players only.

Qualifying & Alternate Spots Available: 9 qualifying spots and 2 alternates
Automotive Transportation: The use of automotive transportation is be permitted. Players must pay for their cart if they wish to use one - cost is $25/player. Players may walk - please note this course has significant elevation changes. Push/pull carts are also allowed.
Caddies: Haverhill does not have caddies. A player may bring her own. CADDIES MUST WALK, unless prior approval from the USGA.
Basic Conditions: Eligibility/entires, prizes, golf balls, driver, metal cleats, etc. and grooves are listed on the U.S. Senior Women's Amateur Championship application.
USGA Hard Card is in effect including Accidental Movement of Ball on the Putting Green.
Golf Ball: The One-Ball Rule will be in effect. See Appendix I of the Rules of Golf.
Distance Measuring Devices: A player may obtain distance information by use of a distance measuring device. If, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance measuring device to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play, the player is in breach of Rule 14-3.

Dress Code: Please observe the USGA dress code as stated in the U.S. Senior Women's Amateur Championship application. This is private club - Please no tank tops, denim, or cargo pants.
Hotels: Fairfield Inn, Amesbury; Mariott and Best Western are also located close to the golf course.
